Founded in 1946, the fruits and vegetables canning factory VERGERS de GASCOGNE is located in the heart of the Gascogne region. Specialized in fruits and vegetables processing, our products are elaborated in our factory in Fleurance and used by the biggest delicatessen brands and numerous Michelin-starred chefs.
Although our production area is modern, we have kept the same expertise and passion for tasteful recipes for 70 years

With CAP BIO, we spotlight tasteful and organic vegetables from our gardens in our daily recipes.
For starters, choose from our fine vegetables soups or our soups with plant extracts and essential oils to bring you more well-being and comfort.

Our recipes of plain and prepared canned vegetables are created without any auxiliary and are mainly cooked from seasonally harvested ripe vegetables to insure you a high quality and an exceptional taste.
Since 2018, CAP BIO added new recipes, such as lacto-fermented vegetables.
