Gherkins

Grown in the Gers and prepared in our family-run canning factory in the Gers, our gherkin doesn’t have to travel tens of thousands of kilometres to reach our plates!
The recipe is simple: picked and jarred by hand, it is marinated in vinegar and prepared with a selection of herbs.
