All the vegetables of this range (asparagus from the Landes, leguminous plants and mushrooms) are grown in outdoor fields in France, sustaining a traditional ground crop and ensuring a quality product.
Chickpeas, green lentils, flageolets white beans and einkorn wheat come from local South Western producers.
In order to preserve the nutritional qualities and taste profile, mushrooms and asparagus are cooked fresh. The jars are hand filled with the asparagus.
